While Jim purchased the Tecoma office in 2005, he re-branded to Harcourts in 2007, a trusted name Jim is proud of given its innovative technology and marketing, exceptional staff training and its ongoing global expansion. After the office’s rapid success and much support from the local community, Jim relocated the office further up the strip to larger premises in 2011.
While known for his strong sales skills (and the winner of the Novice Auctioneer Award Australia-wide in 2012), Jim is a genuine, local family man and trusted member of the local community. Not your stereotypical agent, Jim puts people first. He offers personalised, attentive attention throughout the entire sales process, with his sincerity and sales success seeing him attract ongoing repeat and referral business.

Jim, married with two sons who were schooled locally, enjoys quality family time. He also loves traveling the world. An avid fan of ‘the world game’ and an excellent former player and coach both in Australia and overseas, Jim is an active member of the Melbourne Chelsea Supporters Club. Of course, given his love of soccer and exploring the world, Jim will travel for his sport – and will happily tell you all about it!
